PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Organisations that have a highly effective system or program in place to maintain and develop the performance of their employees are well positioned to be both highly competitive in their market place and extremely profitable.

Leadership Management Australasia's (LMA’s) Performance Development program has been designed to assist managers in the important role of monitoring, maintaining and improving the performance of their staff.

The annual Leadership, Employment and Direction (L.E.A.D.) workplace survey identifies that providing time for training, coaching and mentoring employees and performing effective performance reviews has become a real issue in today's hectic business environment. However, over 90% of employees who receive effective mentoring and coaching achieve a significant improvement in their performance in the workplace.

The answer is to bridge this gap between what managers would like to be able to do and what their current time restraints allow them to do. LMA have modified the proven and successful Feedback Online communication system to develop the Performance Development program. This user friendly program provides the opportunity to initiate a well structured, time effective and highly successful performance management system.

Manager/Mentors use the program to plan, guide, track and measure the ongoing learning, development and performance improvement of their employees.

The participating employee benefits through access to mentoring from their Manager/Mentor and the support from the experienced LMA Program Coach.

The program runs for twelve consecutive monthly cycles and provides:

  1. The development of the Participant’s overall annual goals and performance objectives.
  2. Quarterly meetings between the Participant, their Manager/Mentor and the LMA Program Coach to establish quarterly Win-Win Agreement Goals in the areas of:
