• 51% of Australia’s 18-24 year olds have an ambition to start their own business
• And 47% consider being a manager or executive a sign of success or accomplishment

But as an age group they are…

• Least likely to be satisfied with their current job
• Least likely to consider themselves hard-working and
• 27% would sacrifice some of their wages for more time off

For the typical 18-24 year old, work is less about money and more about needing to be satisfied with the work

If it’s interesting and engaging they'll stay and aspire. If it’s not, chances are they won’t stay around long.
