I have implemented a number of time management, meeting and other tools into my daily routine||In particular I have developed a greater understanding of the need to manage people and not just functions and processes to achieving personal and team goals||I found Lars to be an excellent and patient facilitator who recognised the mix of skills and experiences and the ‘mood’ of the group and how to manage our time effectively. The interaction, sharing and team building opportunities with my colleagues have been invaluable to me and are very much as a result of Lars approach.
