I really enjoyed the fact that we completed the course as a work group, you got to know the people you work with a bit more and what makes them tick. There was much to learn from the other participants also and listening to their experiences and points of view. |My whole demeanor has improved significantly, I have gained confidence in my abilities to perform my job I do and personally I feel much less stressed. I am extremely motivated to expand my role within the business and I am much happier with my work/life balance.|I have been successful in delegating some of more low priority tasks which has freed my time more to spend on other important high payoff activities – my job description has changed significantly.
