Interactive workshops, sharing the week prior with the participants and the revelation that we may come from different walks of life but we have the same challenges. ||I feel more confident in facing situations at work, I may or may not take the right decision but at least I know I can tackle them with certain degree of ease. ||I achieved 3/4 win win goals – one of the most important win-win goal was NPS score and the store hit it and we are chasing the score again this month.
