After being in management positions in Pharmacy for a number of years and undertaken various in-house courses , this LMA course was an excellent way to revisit many ideas and solutions to business today. Most enjoyable was being able to network and interact with the many different people from the different roles and jobs on the course. It is great to see the challenges you face in one type of business also affect other completely different businesses but the tools you use to address the problems are all the same|This year has been an amazingly difficult year with major stresses from buying further into the business , planning expansion for it to suddenly be cancelled and the resulting fall out from that in the sense of having to look for redundancies and restructure the workplace . The valuable experience I have received in undertaking y=this course has helped me steer my way through the maze
