I guess when it comes down to it we all are thinking “what’s in it for me”. So I found the bridging of the material to one’s personal life the most beneficial and enjoyable and obviously this lends itself to higher motivation levels also. I found the discovery cards quite enjoyable. I also found the encouragement of a non judgmental above the line environment among my fellow peers good too and just that coming together as a group. So many goals achieved, the development of my team, effective delegation, management of my paperwork, formulation of a maintenance plan, regular savings and money management, health and fitness benefits and the list goes on.
