I was able to achieve all of my win win goals that were set|I have learnt to set goals – both short term and long term|I have achieved all of my focus goals… setting myself focus goals is encouraging me to get things done that I may have not done in the past |I liked the workshops and interacting with the other members in my workshops and seeing what they were achieving and getting advice and ideas of them |I have gained more confidence in my own ability and each module has taught me a different way of doing things which i have taken on board and see improvement
