Enjoyable aspects of the course – given the opportunity to work with others from different industries, also others who have numerous years of experience. Also working with same facilitator and same participants each week made me feel comfortable in our learning environment. Also enjoyed the ability to learn new ideas and put them into practice at work.|Due to writing down focus and win-win agreements it placed a further focus on my areas of improvement. Noticed a positive change with the interactions of the management team. Due to my focus on creating stronger relationships with others, I feel hold a greater understanding and relationship with others. Given a clearer focus/direction to the administration team. Some good efficiency ideas discussed and implemented. Feel more confident in presenting presentations. Commercial decisions made with little input from AC/AD and research from KM – reduction of electricity charges, increase in interest rate on savings account, research of credit cards. Broke the status quo with management team and leadership team interaction. Want to focus on ‘breaking the status quo’ further on accounting/women in leadership further. Personal – implemented new fitness regime. Researched community/charity tasks. Emailed various associations. Going to give blood late December. Efficiency and fun co-ordinator meetings running more efficiently. Greater understanding of my role and my actions to others.
