Prior to commencing my employment with Thomas & Coffey, I spent over eighteen years supervising individuals and teams for two organisations. |In 1992, I completed a course in Industrial Supervision Programme, nothing like this course.|I’ve always used communication as my number one tool when dealing with individuals or teams, but now I focus on Feedback (positive and negative). |Most supervisors can communicate, but are unable to supply any feedback or request any feedback.|I feel, feedback is the most valuable tool when organising anything in your life, this don’t stop with the work place, family life is controlled by feedback.|Feedback is the strongest tool anyone has or uses.
