The greatest area of the course that has helped me is the Time Management section. This has helped me to priorities and break down steps into HPA’s and figure out if these steps reflect my HPA’s. This process has allowed me to redirect or delegate tasks that don not match up with my HPA’s freeing up time to focus on what is really important.
