The most enjoyable aspect of the course was meeting people from all different industries who experience the same issues as yourself as a a manger and having open conversations with them was really helpful to get other points of view, paired with Jackie making us all think outside the box and make us see why we think that way.|Measurable results were a significant drop in staff turn over, increased profits from sharing KPI’s with my team.
