Every module of the course was relevant to my role at work. Therefore having this knowledge and hard copy course material available to improve myself as a leader is priceless. I have definatley become more aware of the qualities required to lead a team and the importance of a teams need for continuous improvement. ||I can see improvement in my leadership and respect through understanding other peoples needs more and trying more positively to work with them compared to in the past only worriying about my needs and letting emotion reuin a relationship. ||I have leant the understanding and importance of setting small goals and working to an agenda with your time. The value of your time across a day and a week and how using it more wisely can increase productivity and improvement to HPA’s.
