The most enjoyable aspects for me during this course were really making me think outside the box. Really think carefully about my job and my responsibilities as well as my personality and leadership skills. |I think I’ve become a more patient workmate and leader and I have been able to communicate better to get my instructions/messages across.|I’ve been able to look into ways to improve my team and make things run smoother, which has enabled me to concentrate more on my HPA’s. |I have also put a lot of time into helping Glen collate information on a new central control system as well as improve my knowledge on how they work to a great extent.
