The most enjoyable aspects of the course for me, was the knowledge and new tools that we were shown, which I now use in my role at work, Having never been a person that sets goals much in either my work or personal life, the realisation that this is required to move forward has helped me adopt this and have enjoyed achieving most of the goals I set, and will continue to set and hopefully achieve more into the future.
