This course has changed the way i look at a lot of challenges in my company. I now have more time to spend with my children at home and also some how complete more work at the same time!! This has been able to happen because of the number of great ideas and info i have received from the course. A couple of things i am now using- goal setting with staff, meeting planners,delegating work to other staff, better time utilisation etc
