Every module was a success for me. They all had great learning’s that I will continue to build on going forward.|My biggest success, or aspect that I really felt this course provided, was the approach to learning.|Starting with reading and listening to the content, writing about it, going to the workshops and discussing it, continuing to expand the conversation with my mentor, and again expand with my facilitator’s phone calls, I then finally found myself bringing the learning back into the team. The entire journey for each module, starting from a concept and constantly expanding throughout the week, allowed a form of total immersion which I found completely effective.|Thanks LMA, spot on!
