I feel more comfortable in the role of delegating workflow to others and considering that to be a necessary part of my daily routine. This has resulted in improved output from the team on Bella apartment project over the past few months. I can also see how others perceptions of me have changed while delegating and communicating better using the tools discussed through the workshops.||As i have previously mentioned the course has give me a good management foundation to utilise into the future. I think the modules will stay in the back of my mind while working in the future and offer a good resource when dealing with management issues that arise.
