The power of the written goal, keeping the goal in the front of your mind, is very powerful. But the main aspect I found useful was that small changes can have a remarkable impact on myself. Knowledge is great, but how we apply this knowledge and how we perceive what we learn, changes how we approach everyday situations, ie |time is money |time is wasted in small bits not usually in great chunks. |The power of silence (for me learning not to talk but listen). |To say “no” is ok. |Using priorities list for me keeps focused, and is so simple yet if I’m not doing my HPA’s I’m probable doing someone else.||I have enjoyed the journey to achieve my goals, which was made even better by sharing it with my fellow classmates and facilitator.
