Being from a technical/engineering background and also being young, the aspects of managing people shown in this course were entirely new to me. I had excellent experience with two of my direct reports in particular, Garreth and Craig, and put many/all of the ideas I learn’t into practice with them in particular. Overall I found the course excellent.
