The most enjoyable aspects about the course was the ability to try new approaches in dealing with people. I was surprised in the positive reactions from my team members in my approach with them. I firmly believe my time management is better as I place a higher priority on the tasks that have the highest impact in my role. ||Through my win-win goals and focus goals, I have been able to redirect my teams focus on improved overall team performance and consequently improved team morale. This is something I will be continuing to work on to not only improve my relationship with those who report to me, but to my peers, higher management and clients. The modules covered in the course were all very relevant to me and the tools available have been a great help, particularly in the areas of training, exercising authority effectively and time management.
