I set a Personal Goal – which was to do 5km in 35 mins or under….After having my 2nd baby 8 months ago this hasnt been achieved since long before she came along. This has given me the drive and motivation to keep my fitness up :)||At the start of this course my office had no structure, my team no knowing what to complete each day. My Win Win goal was to have some structure and a procedure they could work from each day. I have achieved this and hopefully we have a successful office. ||I really enjoyed going to the work shops each week, I found them interesting and very valuable, Hearing other peoples experiences and inputs, really helped me open my mind up and use some of the helpful tips we all learnt along the way!
