The understanding of writing down goals and being accountable to them, as oppose to just being a dreamer was the biggest thing for me.||I achieved my Level 1 H&S Course, Got two new WMS dealers spending with us and have set up the early stages of our Pricing module.||Other achievements were obtaining the Managers Role in Hamilton, Have staff working on their own goals each week and using material/tools from the course.
