The course is great and it’s wonderful to have a variety of different business represented on the course. It’s great to hear other stories that are similar to your own and how we all deal with different challenges differently. All walks of life are included and this gives you a great insight to views of other people, which is something that we are addressed with every day.||The main outcome from this course was the affirmation that I’m not doing things that bad but as always room for improvement. By addressing what you do well also addresses the things that you need to work on which is a great progression tool.||I have tried to maintain focus on the things I have learnt through the course and hope to continue on the path I have started and will continue to use the manual as incentive for myself to carry on with the program.
