As a result of undertaking the course, I have been better able to structure the way that I undertake my own work and the way that I structure, empower and work with my team|Many of the elements worked on through the course are not new things and were being undertaken in some form in my day to day work. The way in which I documented, structured and implemented these things however was always very loose and led to inefficient use of my time and the teams time.||By starting regular one on one discussions with team members, I have seen a significant improvement in the productivity, quality and enthusiasm with which the team undertakes their work. Having that forum for discussion with the team where issues, training, development, performance etc are discussed is one ofthe best things that I have taken out of the course
