I did things in different ways before I took this course, the things I thought were important now most have been delegated to my staff which gives me more time to concentrate on the things that are really important. The team morale and communication has change for the better and the place has become a happy place to work. I have earned the respect of my team members and that’s one of my accomplishments. The negative staff have now realise they were only pulling their work mate down so they’ve started to make their contribution to the team activity. I have learned a lot from this course which is valuable to our success as a team at Weatherell Trasport.
