Most enjoyable aspect was the weekly sessions we had. It was great to hear other peoples experiences and know that usually someone else was having the same struggles as you so you weren’t alone or weird.|I was hoping to have conquered the world on completing this course but as it turns out re conditioning takes time! I am positive moving forward though and hope to continue the skills I learnt.
