The most enjoyable part of the course for me was all of the interaction in the sessions and the tools in the course as they are very useful for myself and my team. I lost over 6 KGs as a result of setting goals, and I started doing 10 minutes or more of planning each day to plan for my day which has helped me improve a lot in my role. I have also improved in delegation and in resource planning, and I would recommend this course to anyone.
