Clint provided a pleasant classroom environment, all participants interacted well & totally engaged themselves during the classroom workshops. The learnings I got out of the course will make be a stronger leader & will give me a solid platform to develop & mentor my team and develop future leaders within Western Power. Time management was an area I needed to focus on, the course has allowed me to commit to my HPA’s & also provided me with the skills of delegation required to my team.
