I enjoyed the overall course structure, it was set up like a journey through all the leadership challenges and I could see hoe the different topics where flowing from one to the next following natural synergies.||I also thought the contents always offered interesting insights and was a good match of theory and practical advice.||My key achievements where all in relation to time management and effective delegation. Combined, those two were my slight edge and by consistently focusing on improvements I was able to achieve a step change which enable me to have more effective use of my time and -as a consequence- a more effective leader.
