The best thing about this course and course material is that it is directly used within the work place and involving the team members. O saw change happening because of involving the team in the process.||My biggest change is starting to actively look for change and improvement possibilities.||As a result of the course I implemented two Web based tools. One is to record regular 1-on-1 meeting discussions and manage team member performance. The other is to manage improvement projects within the team.||The team is coming up with improvement ideas and making a difference in our effectiveness.
