There have been many aspects of the course that I have enjoyed and it is quite hard to single out modules as all were relevant in their own way.||Being able to complete two of my win win goals was a great achievement in such a short period of time and to be honest I thought that there was no way it could be achieved. By breaking down the bigger goals into smaller steps it bacame clearer on how I would be able to acheive them. I am finding myself using this strategy all the time now and even showing other staff how to break their goals down so they can achieve them too.||As I said in my presentation the realisation of the hours that I was working was also quite big for me. I love my job and its so easy to get caught up in it. But by getting caught up I neglecting my family and my relationships were suffering as a result. By working less and focusing on my family more I feel as though I am getting my life back and enjoying things alot more. I’m even enjoying my work more and I am not taking work home on weekends anymore, that time is for me and my family.||The strangest thing about what I have achiebed in this course is that the biggest change in myself is happening without me actually knowing. Feedback that I have been given from Jason, and other staff is all very positive and I look forward to developing myself further.
