The course was very suitable for myself as a manager of staff. The skills and tools I have used as part of the learning process with this course will stay with me for the extent of my career.||Utilising HPA, goal setting, effective delegation, understanding the power of the performance review process and feedback logs has changed the way I will lead and manage. The course has given me all the answers I was after, I just need to work with the LMA content and build on the knowledge past on by the course mentor Paul Johnson and I will continue to grow as a manager, mentor/coach and leader.
