Before I started LMA I worked very reactively and I rarely went home feeling as though I had achieved anything. After LMA I feel like a totally different person. My biggest success is the introduction of a weekly and daily way of prioritising my work (Based on the Important / Imperative process). I now go home with a sence of achievent and realise that I can get my work completed. ||I now also realise the importance of completing my HPA’s and not someone elses.
