set half dozen or more goals its been good to see if I or the team could meet these goals ,learning to delegate more duties to fellow team members and watching them grow in confidence ,setting goals for the week and meeting these goals or reassessing these goals if these could not be met , working with other workers from different arears of council departments .some personal goals that I have completed are finishing restoration of trailer by due date , organizing training days with my son , some buissness and team goals have also been met and some are still on going,like teaching team members all aspects of concreting and construction of traffic islands
