I have learnt some great tools to apply in my work place which has helped me to set goals and targets and monitor how I am progressing towards these goals. ||The imperative / important task list has now been imbedded in my daily work routine with this also now becoming part of the weekly SMT review.||By identifying and agreeing on my win win agreement goals with my mentor at the start of the course I have been able to incrementally move towards achieving these goals with the support of my mentor and course providers. Overall the course has been a great success.
