The two most enjoyable aspects of the course are|- The course material ( the training book with the course content along with various exercises)|- The workshops (communicating with other colleagues’ within the class with the facilitator Peter being very engaging)|||The measureable results I took away from this course was the daily new concepts I have introduced into the team along with my teams accuracy ratings (MSS1) have increased.
