This is the best course I have enrolled in.||So much value has been gained especially with the tools provided such as motivation plans, click colour cards, high performance wheel and N.E.A.T meeting planner etc.||I have been able to utilise the above tools within my team and found them to be beneficial for my team.||The facilitator also kept the group engaged and motivated throughout this course.||I would definitely recommend this course not only to those aspiring to be manager but anyone who is interested in career progression, especially if you are conscious that you are an informal leader, this course will teach you a lot about your influences on others.
