Applying Emotional Intelligence – 1 Day Course
The more a leader moves up in an organization the more their emotional intelligence makes a difference. Leading and managing diverse teams of people requires finely tuned soft skills like self-awareness, influence, agility and resilience. Research has proven that a leader’s emotional intelligence is key to these skills which is why the Australian government has made Emotional Intelligence a core unit of competency in the Diploma of Leadership and Management.
