The best outcome for myself during this course was without a doubt the construction of my own office space, an enjoyable aspect of the course was the opportunity to catch up with my CBH counterparts as this as an event only usually happens once a year in person. Although I really struggled with completion of the course assignments, I believe that the information contained in this material will greatly aid in my future professional development and is a resource that I will continually refer to.

Most enjoyable aspect was spending time with my Company peers and comparing, discussing common issues. Using feedback logs with all aspects of work is a valuable tool that I will use consistently. My main Win Win goals were developing Safe Working Practice procedures and carrying out Annual Development Reviews with my team, both these goals helped myself and team personally and professionally. I have developed better delegation skills and time management, I now find I review what tasks I am doing and evaluate their worth on a more regular basis.

This course was enjoyable I found that I had been spending lots of time on my high payoff activities before I started LMA. LMA just made me more aware of my high payoff actives. I have achieved many goals – long term (win win) and short term. My group as a hole have got some new gear for the work shop through the suggestion sheets and with this new gear I have delegated members in my team to install the gear.

The best example I have is striving to purchase my property in W.A during the course period. I wouldn’t say that it was the total reason for doing this, but was certainly a contributing factor to make me pull my finger out and to get this goal achieved.
