Enjoyable aspects were the range of topics covered and the ability to relate them into my workplace / role and staff: The value of goal setting and steps required to measure the success of achieving them. The process of making change and methods to include all relevant staff and methods to have them buy into the proposed change(s). Goals accomplished included the recognition of LPAs and HPAs, and the ability to categorise tasks and delegate where required. Have dollar return on investment and tasks the responsibility of the most appropriate team member. Techniques to manage time better and be more efficient.
