The most enjoyable part for me, was having open conversations about problems at work and hearing other peoples views. The measurable result for me was having a plan for my days to make me realise how much I do, and also jobs that I could delegate down the line. My biggest goal was overcoming PROCRASTINATION. Not 100% yet but getting closer every week.

Bill. His application or attention could seem harsh sometimes to some people but that was only when people were looking for an easy out. It’s not harsh, just thought provoking and that is exactly what we needed. Bill made the course a lot of fun, and the little fun exercises thrown in were fantastic. I can just about guarantee every participant went back to there workplace and used them with their staff. I noticed a definite growth in my focus on what is really important throughout the course.

I have been able to get a team that was in shambles to be a working unit in less than 1 year. Yes, we still have some improvements to make – however overall, I am so proud of the effort I have put in and also the efforts of my team. I cannot be a successful leader if my agents don’t follow my lead! I have learnt so many things throughout this course, I believe I am a stronger person because of this!

I have had an invaluable experience throughout this course and have benefited on so many levels. It was great to have such a supportive environment as well, from Bill and Leonie to my manager/mentor – Luke Cosgrove who has been fantastic and so supportive of me throughout the course, always wanting to set me up for success. I really couldn’t have asked for a better LMA experience, which is a big thing for someone who was initially rather anxious at the idea of participating in the course at all. And the best part of all was watching all my win-win agreement goals and workplace project come to fruition and to see the results benefitting me on so many levels as well as a monetary level. I’ve come such a long way this year and achieved more than I thought I could. The course has given me a new set of confidence and belief in myself and setup the foundations for me as a successful future leader of people.

I would like to say that Paul’s approach and enthusiasm to his teaching is extremely effective and enjoyable for the participant. I enjoyed the course immensely and while it was a busy year in the business, the course help me to value my time a lot better plan and arrange my work life far greater than previously. One of the main measurable results to me was to see how far my own team has come this year by showing enthusiasm to my projects and involving themselves far greater than I thought they would. As a result their own enthusiasm to their job has increased and so has their productivity.
