I loved every bit of the course. It was like having a world opened up that had once only felt like I was looking into from the outside. The LMA course contains practical advice and applications, plus great tools to help make these changes not only in a practical sense but also in our behaviours and attitudes. All this, whilst offering constant support of the newly learned processes through each module. I was able to implement some long needed changes in our department, to provide structure, direction, devise plans with action steps and determine required results. I have learned to delegate low payoff activities and determine what is important and imperative. I now fully embrace the challenge of my role as a leader and look forward to continuing the growth and development that is taking place in our team.

My experience at LMA has been a positive one. I enjoyed the interaction that we had in the workshops and the discussions that came from them. Our facilitator was fantastic and delivered the course material in a way that was interesting and relevant. I managed to achieve all of my Business Win-Win Goals, and in doing so, managed to achieve much needed changes and structure to the day to day workings of my team and department. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to get the most out of themselves both professionally and personally.
