Delegation, prioritisation and dealing with issues up front rather than doubling handling emails and paperwork were the best outcomes of the course for me. The program was a good balance of challenges. Amount of effort required was just right although I know others felt it was overwhelming.

The most enjoyable parts of the course was the interaction with people essentially at the same level, in different fields, regions and disciplines at the training days. Kristina is an excellent presenter and was quite adept at steering the course around personalities and included all participants and not letting the “dominant” personalities (like myself) take over. Once the first session was completed, most participants had any doubts cleared. My manager/ mentor also took the course seriously and provided great insight and assistance, especially early in the course, but also used techniques I learned to be put into practice as well.

I enjoyed listening and learning from our facilitator Kris as well as the other people in the group, group discussions moved me out of my comfort zone and has made me more confident discussing matters. My planning and time management has improved allowing me more time to concentrate on my HPAs .There has been outstanding work at home that has now been complete thanks to using focus goals. My win/win goal that relates to work flow procedures is in the final stages of being delivered to the team of operators in the Scenic Rim area. I like the word TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More)

The course was very beneficial for me as the company had just moved into the “Day 2 Structure” and I required guidance to ensure I knew my role and was comfortable with the tasks at hand.
