I am being more effective with my day and being more effective in coming back to staff. This is given me an increased feeling of control over my day and workspace. I am worrying less and overall have a greater sense of confidence and achievement within my work space. I am also as a result ensuring that I am able to spend more quality time with my family by getting home at reasonable hour without bringing home work associated angst.
