I really enjoyed speaking to others in a similar situation and sharing experiences. I find it difficult to express measurable results except that I am changing my thinking when tackling new tasks and have been given the methods to make sure I am in more control of my day. I work in a high pressure environment and any mistakes can be amplified because they can affect all aspects of the business. My main win win goal was to be more accurate and accountable (in other words minimise mistakes). I believe by applying some of the simple techniques learned during the course I have gone a long way to achieving this goal.
