I was able to restructure a dysfunctional team. |The course was conducted whilst some difficult changes needed to be made. |This gave me confidence and new tools to ensure I had my team engaged in all changes that where well overdue. This also gave me skills of observation of personel whilst changes where being conducted.|I believe this was a very successfully course for myself and my Team.| |I personally had set goals and quick wins personally and bussiness related. which i found to be very powerful. This type planning will be used into the future.
