The workshops were very good – listening and interacting with a wide cross section of industries enhanced the learning process for me. The course also provided re-enforcement for the way I interact with fellow employees and teams, I have gained more confidence which has allowed me not to shy away from being assertive with team members – at the end of the day I have deadlines to meet as well and I have continued to improve my time management allowing me to not only focus on my HPAs but also commit time to coaching and mentoring team members.
