I found Gary to be very helpful and willing to go to the next level in supporting my learning if required. Gary offered very insightful advice to me and has great knowledge on desired course outcomes and how to apply them to the individual.|Gary was always available via any medium (Phone, email etc) and always bent over backwards to assist me whichever way I desired.||I found that access to my manager/mentor was one of the issues to affect outcomes of the course. My manager mentor was difficult to contact due to his other work committments. I also found that insome instances my Win-Win goals may not always be seen or interpreted as best for my employer or manager/mentor. I was able to discuss this aspect with Gary to enable a good outcome for all concerned.
