I am currently in the transition from technician into a manager/leader role. The Performance Edge course has given me the tools I need to manage my time, my priorities, communication and my role within the team which I work. I have made many small improvements to different areas that have resulted in large returns to my time, my effectiveness and efficiency. This has given me the confidence and building blocks I need to move forward confidently.
